Refund policy

PLEASE NOTE : 

  • Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please notify us within 24 hours. After this time, we may not be able to assist you with the shipping carrier.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Steps for Size Exchange:

  • For size exchange please mail info.ownofficial@gmail.com with your original order number along with all necessary details of exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • As we do not have a reverse pickup facility, you will be responsible for booking your own courier for returning your item. 
  • Our team will inform you once we receive the courier and the exchanged piece will be couriered back to your address once with no additional courier charges.
  • We only send the exchanged package free of cost once post that there would be an additional charge of 100.
  • Also note, we do not accept exchange or return for accessories.

Steps for Return/Style Change:

  • For return, please mail info.ownofficial@gmail.com with your original order number along with return reason within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Once we confirm via mail that the return is possible, the return parcel must be couriered within 5 days of receiving the parcel.
  • The returned items need to be sent in the same condition it was received in, with the original packing, respective tags.
  • As we do not have a reverse pickup facility, you will be responsible for booking your own courier for returning your item. 
  • Our team will inform you once we receive the return courier and provided that the product is unused and with the same tags it came with, we will confirm the store credit.
  • We only provide store credit for returns not bank refund.
  • Once an exchange has been processed, we are unable to accept a return for the same item.

  • For a style exchange, once the store credit is received it can be redeemed for a purchase of your choice.

  • Also note, we do not accept exchange or return for accessories.

Damages & Issues:

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it provided you can share a video that documents the product’s condition upon opening. This video is necessary to verify the item’s original state and ensure a smooth exchange process. Please be aware that we can ONLY replace it for the same product.
