Shipping policy

Domestic ( within India ) Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping orders are delivered in 7-12 working days and are ₹110
  • Express Shipping orders are delivered in 1-3 working days and are ₹350 (subject to availability). Please note working days does not include public holidays and Sundays
  • You will get automated sms/email updates regarding the status of your order.
  • Working days do not include weekends and bank holidays.
  • Please inform us within 24 hours if your parcel shows 'delivered' but you have not received it. Post that we will be unable to address the issue with our courier partners.

International Shipping:

  • Orders are delivered in 1-3 weeks, depending on the country.
  • Shipping rates are calculated as per number of products ordered and country of delivery.
  • Customs clearance may take longer than expected and is subject to case-by-case timelines, which are beyond our control.
  • Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchange on international orders.
  • Incase there is a mistake/defect in shipment, we will provide a store credit as we are unable to replace international orders.
  • You will get automated email updates regarding the status of your order.

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and courier processing charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are separate from the shipping fee paid at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • OWN is not liable for these charges and will not be responsible for any delays, non-delivery, or additional costs arising from unpaid customs fees.
